While I was originally trained in a more relaxed form of yoga sequencing, I have recently come to love the structure Journey to Power provides. My personal teaching style is an accessible power practice with Yin and stillness to close. I pride myself on creating flows that work for all bodies at all levels and empowering students to listen to their bodies as they move.

Yoga

FLOW

Group class, once a week, at I Inspire Fitness in Crowley, TX. Thursdays @ 6PM Cost: $15 Drop-in *Multi Class packs also available.

Private Session

One on one lessons are always an option if you would like to work one-on-one or in a smaller group setting. Together, we will create a session (or sessions) created specifically for you and your personal goals. I can provide a location or travel to you. Cost: $55/hr

Aerial

Regardless of your level of silk experience, you can book silk time by the hour. This time allows you to receive as much (or as little) direction as you need. This can be booked as a class and/or sound bath. Once requested, I will reach out to better understand what you hope to get from the time. Aerial bookings will always be hosted at I Inspire Fitness in Crowley, TX. Cost: Starts at $25/hour

Pampered

Pampered is a spa-like yoga experience created to engage all five senses. It includes gentle holds, hands-on assists (always optional), hand, feet, and face masks, self-given massages, and sound. We will start with hot tea or cocoa and chat as we get settled. The last 20 minutes is a full sound bath. Pillows, blankets, pajamas, and sleep masks are encouraged. I can provide a location or travel to you. This is a fun event for a girl's night or a teens sleepover! Cost: Varies *$15 per participant, up to 10 participants, $8 per participant 11+. Min $100

Reiki Healing

Restore energetic balance and promote healing through gentle touch. A reiki session will include a body scan to discover potential places of stagnant or imbalanced energy. By continuing to hover hands or by using light touch, Reiki energy is directed towards these areas to promote healing and balance. Reiki encourages deep relaxation within the physical body. If desired, sessions can include feedback from me based on what was felt energetically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically during the session. Sessions are hosted at House 414 Salon in Crowley. Cost: $65 *New customers pay $45 per session for their first two sessions.

Events & Parties

I am also available for events, such as birthdays/bachelorette parties, girls' nights, corporate appreciation events, private training, retreats, and more! I am open to travel and would love to collaborate to create your perfect event. Cost: Varies; $100 Min.

Sound Healing

A practice of pure rest and relaxation. Forget the chaos of the world as you bathe in the sounds of multiple instruments, such as crystal bowls, a rain stick, a Tibetan bowl, and a buffalo drum. This practice requires nothing of you other than showing up. Some bring a blanket/pillow to get more comfortable.I can provide a location or travel to you. Ground and aerial spots can be available. Any bookings including aerial will always be hosted at I Inspire Fitness in Crowley, TX. Cost: Varies, typically about $100/hr
